The Trindade City Hall recently announced a partnership with Rockefeller Ambiental, which will be the new company responsible for urban waste collection under the Clean City, Happy People Program.
To meet the city's cleaning demands, the fleet consists of eight trucks, including one equipped with a mechanical sweeper, capable of storing up to 8m³ of waste, and seven compactors for collection.
With a team of 120 employes dedicated to collection, the number of collaborators may still be increased according to the municipality's needs.
Additionally, the company will install trash bins at key locations in the city, known as mini eco-points.
Mayor Marden Júnior emphasized the importance of urban cleaning to improve the quality of life for the population thru the Clean City, Happy People Program.
"The presentation of the new fleet and our work team is an important step toward having a cleaner and happier city," concluded Mayor Marden Júnior.
