Prefeitura de Ilhéus (BA) e Rockefeller Ambiental seguem com operação tapa-buracos em diversos bairros

The pothole repair operation continues at a steady pace in Ilhéus, with actions being carried out in various parts of the city. The initiative, the result of a partnership between the Municipal Government and Rockefeller Ambiental, aims to ensure improvements in the asphalt, traffic safety, and greater fluidity on urban roads.

At this stage, the work was concentrated in high-traffic areas, such as:
Lindolfo Collor Street – Malhado neighborhood
Gardênia Street – Nelson Costa neighborhood
Avenida Oduvaldo Evaristo Bacelar – Nelson Costa neighborhood (near Cepius)

The teams worked on removing damaged sections, applying new asphalt, and leveling the lanes, providing safer and more comfortable traffic for drivers and pedestrians.

Mobility and safety for everyone
The operation is part of a continuous plan for maintaining the city's road network. The recovery of these streets not only corrects structural problems but also prevents accidents, enhances neighborhoods, and addresses long-standing demands from the population.

More neighborhoods will be served.
The City Hall of Ilhéus and Rockefeller Ambiental continue with the ongoing intervention schedule. New sections have already been mapped and will be addressed in the coming weeks, always with a focus on the quality of urban infrastructure and the well-being of the population.
